Semaine calme après les fêtes! Paul Lassey a enregistré une belle version de “Joli perroquet” à la mémoire d’Albert Raisner. Sur le net j’ai trouvé cette version du “Mouvement perpétuel” de Paganini par Edu Da Gaita, étonnant ..la vitesse semble avoir été accélérée (?) car l’amplitude est quelque peu sinusoïdale dans les aigus. Si l’interprétation n’a pas été modifiée la virtuosité devient particulièrement admirable et presque suréaliste... A votre avis? Ecoutez également la version de Charles Braun. Quite week after these feast-days! Paul Lassey has recorded a nice version of “Pretty parrot” in memory of Albert Raisner. I have found this version of “Perpetual motion” by Paganini on the net, played by Edu Da Gaita, astonishing...the speed seems to have been quickened (?), because the amplitude is a few sinusoidal in the high-pitched range. If the playing has not been modified the virtuosity becomes particularly wonderfull and almost surealist... Is it your opinion? Listen to the Charles Braun’s version too. François Ghislain, fidèle amis du site (bassiste des Chromonic’as Champions de France) a sorti de sa collection cette piste du trio Les Players” Danse macabre” de Saint-Saëns. Cette pièce très raccourcie est une belle réussite dans son arrangement trio. Comparez-là avec la partition soliste intégrale que j’ai enregistrée il y a quelques années. François Ghislain, faithful of the site (bassharp player of the Chomatic’as champion s of France) has taken out a track from his collection of the trio Les Players: “Yhe danse of death” bySaint-Saëns” . This very shorten piece is a happy issue regarding its arrangment for the trio. Let you compare with the integral soloist version I have reocrded some years ago.

Cette semaine quatre rubriques différentes vous sont proposées: “La danse macabre”, fameux poème musical peu interprété à l’harmonica et superbement joué au violon-piano. Une nnouveauté un peu difficile : “Première valse” de Durand, jouée en trio, aucun enregistrement à l’harmonica ne semblait exister jusqu’alors mais gageons que cette pièce intéressera de nombreux harmonicistes. “Chronique” de la grande époque, un trio des années 60. Les nouveautés de Pierre Dacquin dans la page “Invités” . “Chanson triste” de Tschaïkowsky, comme promis dans la newsletter du 17/09/2011, mélodie assez facile à jouer à l’harmonica permet aux harmonicistes solo d’exprimer leur propre sonorité. J’ai transposé cette partition écrite à l’origine pour violoncelle, pour l’harmonica chromatique dont la tessiture est voisine de celle du violon (pour les 16 & 14 trous). Bonjour amis harmonicistes et fidèles d’Harmonicatop. Merci aux nombreux nouveaux internautes qui sont venus visiter le site. Ceci est très encourageant et montre un intérêt croissant pour l’harmonica chromatique ainsi que pour les trios et ensembles encore trop peu nombreux en France. Tous les harmonicistes chromatique, solistes, trios et autres ensembles ont joué , étudié ou tenté un jour la fameuse “Marche Turque” de W.A.Mozart. Partition facile au piano mais très difficile à l’harmonica en raison du fameux passage fa# mineur-la majeur en double croches (voir la partition). A cette attention je vous propose ma version trio comprenant le premier mouvement “Andante grazioso” suivi de ce fameux “Allegro alla turka” tous deux extraits de la Sonate en la majeur K.331. Les variations ne sont pas interprétées ici car peu adaptées pour l’harmonica bien que très brillantes au piano. L’Andante prépare très heureusement l’Allegro qui semble surgir après la torpeur gracieuse du premier mouvement. Le play-bach trio joint vous permettra l’étude de ces deux très belles partitions, alors bon courage à vous amis harmonicistes pour une des plus belles pages de musique! tant jouée à l’harmonica! All the chromatic harmonicists, wheather soloists, trios or others groups have played or tried to play some time the famous “Turkish March” by W.A.Mozart. Piano score easy to,play but hard with harmonica owing to th famous part in F# minor-A flat with semiquavers (look at the score). In this order I propose to you my own trio version including the first time “Andante grazioso” followed by the wellknown “Allegro alla turka” both extracted from the Sonate in A flat K.331. The variations are not set here because not adapted for the harmonica although very sparkling by piano. The Andante successfully drives the Allegro which seems appear suddenly after the gracious torpor of the first time. The play-bach trio joined will allow you the study these two splendiferous scores, then courage to you harmonica friends for one of a best nice musical page.

Toujours à la recherche d’une trouvaille musicale ou d’un groupe d’harmonicistes originaux même oubliés, j’eus la surprise de découvrir par hasard ces deux trios des années 60 (”Les Rocky”& “Les Harlem”) composés d’harmonicistes avec lesquels j’ai fait un bout de chemin...

Vacances de Pâques, élection présidentielle....l’harmonica est relèguée au second plan. De nouveaux play-bach sont en préparation, ils seront opérationnels début mai. Toutefois, quatre vidéos d’harmonicistes très différents vont retenir votre atention de par leurs extrêmes qualités: virtuosité, originalité ou maîtrise de la partition; cela dans les styles classique, mise en scène et effets techniques, jazz de haut niveau harmonique ou surprenant dynamisme du trio...
